01 Our services

Reel Wale is a content studio offering reel production, UGC content, product videos, D2C ad creatives and creator content, and it runs a network of creators and models. The final scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing of any project are set out in a written proposal, quotation or agreement shared with you. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or obligate either side.

02 Project enquiries

• Information you give in an enquiry must be accurate and complete.
• Budget ranges you select are only an indication and do not fix any price.
• We may decline an enquiry, or ask for more details, at our discretion.

03 Client projects

• Scope and revisions: the number of revisions and deliverables are as agreed in the proposal. Work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
• Client inputs: you agree to provide briefs, product samples, approvals and assets on time. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.
• Payments: fees, advance amounts and payment schedules are as stated in the proposal. Applicable taxes, including GST, are extra unless stated otherwise. Delivery of final files may be held until payment is received in full.
• Cancellations: advance payments for work already started or booked are non-refundable unless the proposal says otherwise.

04 Creator network

• You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into agreements to apply.
• All information and photos you submit must be true, belong to you and not infringe anyone else's rights. Do not submit images of other people without their permission.
• Applying does not guarantee approval, listing or work. We may approve, reject, remove or hide any application or profile at our discretion.
• If approved, you allow us to display your name, photos, specialist role and profile details on our website and to share them with brands for relevant projects.
• The rates you share are used to plan projects. Final rates and payment terms for any collaboration are agreed for that project separately.
• You may ask us to remove your profile at any time by emailing hello@reelwale.com.

05 Intellectual property

• Our website: the design, text, logos, graphics and software of this website belong to Reel Wale or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without written permission.
• Deliverables: unless the proposal says otherwise, rights in the final content created for a client pass to the client once full payment is received. Reel Wale and its creators may use the work in portfolios, showcases and promotions, unless a confidentiality agreement says otherwise.
• Raw files, drafts and tools: remain ours unless specifically agreed.
• Your materials: you keep ownership of what you provide (brand assets, photos, products) and give us the right to use them only to deliver the services or operate the creator network.

06 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
• Submit false information, spam or malicious code.
• Try to access parts of the website or admin area you are not authorised to use.
• Scrape, copy or collect creator profiles or data for your own use.

07 Third-party platforms and links

Our work may involve Instagram, YouTube and other platforms, and our site may link to them. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their rules, availability or changes. Results such as views, reach or sales depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.

08 Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that the website will always be error-free, uninterrupted or secure.

09 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Reel Wale is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

10 Indemnity

You agree to compensate and hold Reel Wale harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from content you submit, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11 Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

12 Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the website, or remove a creator profile, if these Terms are broken or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

13 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date, and continued use of the website means you accept the changes.

14 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India.
